Shipping Locations
We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Carriers & Methods

Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. We are closed Friday–Sunday and on most major holidays.
Delivery Times
Ground shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders. Free shipping is offered on orders over $35 (before tax/discounts). We may run free shipping promotions at times.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times may be impacted by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the carrier for a resolution. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are accepted before your order ships.
Multiple Orders
Orders are shipped separately unless you request combined shipping in a note at checkout or by contacting us.
